Working ambience is good. Work timings is good. 5 Days a week working. And ease of attendance and leave obtaining process. Good product lines to satisfy customer needs. Lot of opportunity to learn in the field of weighing, feeding, pulverising and conveying.

Poor appraisal system. No proper HR at function to analyse the performance of the concerned employee. Immediate supervisor / reporting manager's version is considered.
