In production /Operation department all are cooperative and good working environment. In shop floor maintaining high quality safety equipment and 100% PPE adherence. Work pressure is like hell in Operations..they will cook you and harass you mentally..makes you work over time everyday..even on weekends..after all this still you will be treated badly..they will remove you from your job on any day..lot of favouritism..some undeserving people are sitting in higher position and harassing the people below them and there is no hierarchy...you will loose your health..my advice don't join in operations..no matter what!!...Read More
