Work culture is very bad. No job security. Salary Deduction any time. Company policy changes any time. No joint working payout. Maneger behaviour is very bad. Office politics. No one will appreciate work.

Working culture is very bad. Manager play politics, no job security, very less salary, interface of office staff is very high.
