Authorities used to pressurise over small matters. Trainings provided by authority were insufficient to be able to work on our own. Our opinions were never taken seriously

Actually nothing as Cisco is one of the worst product based company i have ever seen, you never know tomorrow your product is shut down and whole team is fired. Scarlet wireless is totally dependent on cisco so there is no point to blame scarlet, if you are ready to be fired and find job quickly then you can join because untill you are fired you will chill in cisco.
