The Company Culture is pretty Solid, I was pretty new to sales but then the training was on point, and I was able to do well.

I joined Scaler in August 2021 as a Manager and now i am an AGM. I have about 8 yrs experience in edtech now and scaler by far has been the best organisation for me till date. Increment, culture, learnings, growth have been great.

Management is shaken to the core, The VP and AVP think they are doing some work but all they know is how to show off about doing work, there is no long-term thoughtful planning now and then changes are introduced abruptly and then imposed if not followed they shall show you the exit gate. While hiring HR is daydreaming while joiningmanagers tell you the actual story. Unintended pressure is put with no valid reasoning. Incentive policies to attract new hires are old what BDAs used to have 3-4 years back but the reality is different. They are not giving Holidays, the behaviour of seniors are pathetic they even don't know how to talk, they giving break time for lunch only 15 minutes which is very tuff to manage lunch
