Best company to join. The seniors and the managers are very friendly and help you through your hard times. You will get a lot to learn here as a fresher if you join here. They value their employees and promote them as per their skills and performance instead of hiring senior level employees from outside. The people in the company are very helpful and approachable regardless of their titles or the positions they hold. A very open and fun work culture where even the co-founders and senior officers join in on all the fun. Lot of scope to learn and try hands at various different projects.

Multiple changes in compensation structure(s) post joining, major differences from the compensation portrayed on the offer letter. Sometimes, performance of employees is only weighed by numbers and not by the amount of time, efforts and hard-work put in.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
