We have good appraisals comparing to other company's and people get promoted as per their skills and knowledge. Company throws party for their employees once in a year.

This team is good for operation because every management r from operation side so when I joined analytics team , I felt some level of discrimination because people from TL and above treated differently than us.

I can not say because Company is growing , if you are part of Operation the. It is good, but for other team still they need time to get settled.
