I dislike Sbi Cap Trustee whole as an organisation. They don't employee talent they employee options Because to them no matter what your experience or stature is ,you are that. They will mandatorily ask you to buy laptop and then they will fire you in just one month and then they will fire you and ask you to pay from your own pocket. Organization is run by one individual CFO of the company. He thinks he is the owner of Sbi Cap trustee and CEO thinks all employees are mad and sick they don't deserve the position he wants to fire everyone....Read More

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with SBI Cap Trustee, and it has undoubtedly been one of the most harrowing episodes of my professional life. When I initially joined, I was filled with optimism, assuming that being a subsidiary of SBI, it would be a reputable and employee-friendly organization. However, my hopeswere shattered within the first month of joining. From the moment I stepped into the organization, it became clear that this was not the place I had envisioned. The working conditions were abysmal, and the environment was toxic. Instead of a supportive workplace, I found myself in an environment that can only be described as a breeding ground for stress and anxiety. The treatment I received at the hands of the management was nothing short of a nightmare. I was subjected to constant pressure and unrealistic expectations, which took a toll on both my mental and physical health. The stress became so unbearable that I had to seek professional help and consult a psychiatrist just to cope with the demands of the job. To add insult to injury, I received a notice of termination shortly after joining. It was a shocking and demoralizing blow. The speed at which they decided to let me go, without any attempt to address the concerns or provide support, speaks volumes about the organization's lack of empathy and professionalism. I strongly advise anyone considering a position at SBI Cap Trustee to think twice before making such a decision. The organization's disregard for the well-being of its employees is evident, and the toll it takes on one's mental and physical health is not worth any job. My experience serves as a cautionary tale - do not be swayed by the SBI affiliation; this subsidiary operates in a manner that is far from the standards one would expect from such a reputed institution. Everything is worst in SBICAP Trustee Company Limited (STCL). The biggest negative of STCL is that the HR deceives about the job profile and KRAs while recruiting and once the candidates joins, it comes as a shock that what you were apprised was completely different from what you are doing. No training ever happens. You have to learn on your own. SECONDLY, THERE IS SO MUCH PARTIALITY IN THE COMPANY THAT A PERSON WHO IS VERY MUCH LESS EXPERIENCED IS HIRED AT A POSITION AND PACKAGE OVER AND ABOVE THE EXISITING EMPLOYEE WHO SLOGGED FOR STCL AND IS NOT GIVEN ANY ACCOLADES OR RECOMMENDATIONS. NO CARRER GROWTH. SALARY AND APPRAISAL ARE THE THREATING WEAPONS USED BY THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT OF STCL ON THE GROUND THAT IF BASIC WORK IS NOT COMPLETED THEN NO SALARY AND APPRAISAL AND ALSO STRAIGHT AWAY TERMINATION. POLITICS IS AT UTMOST LEVEL WHERE FEMALE EMPLOYEES ARE GIVEN PREFERENCE AND MALES ARE HARRASSED. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE DESPITE A GROUP COMPANY OF SBI. IF INNOVATION IS TO BE ASKED THEN IT IS ZERO. I COMING FROM LEGAL BACKGROUND OF PQE OF 5 YEARS WAS APPRISED BY HR THAT MY KRA WILL BE LEGAL DRAFTING AND VETTING. HOWEVER ON JOINING, IT CAME AS UTTER SHOCK AND SURPRISE TO ME THAT ONLY 5% LEGAL WORK IS THERE AND REST 95% IS OPERATIONAL WORK WHICH INCLUDED PHOTOCOPIES, OPERATING SAFE CUSTODY FOR KEEPING AND REMOVING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS, BEING A RUNNER TO BRING DOCUMENTS FROM BRANCHES OF SBI WHEREIN THE SO CALLED STAFF OF SBI THINKS THEMSELVES NO LESS FROM GOD AND CAUSED HARRASMENT AND AGONY BY MAKING WAIT FOR COUNTLESS HOURS INSULTING ON THE FACE BY CRIBBING ABOUT SERVICE OF STCL. ALSO, BEING A LEGAL GUY , WE WERE FORCED TO DO SALES JOB TO FETCH CLIENTS FOR ACHIEVING TARGETS. NOT ONLY THIS THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT ASKED US TO DO SECRETARIAL WORKS OF FIXING APPOINTMENTS ETC. Everything is poor.After new Hr joining the company , the company culture has become worst.Earlier the company culture especially in Mumbai office was good and people and their efforts were recognised. The new HR only communicates with heads and gives no response to people below Deputy Manager position and also treats them like shit. Work environment was really great there, Seniors didn't treat me like as i was a junior. They've made a home like environment it feels like you're working with your family members in your house. It was a really great experience.
