Some people who are responsible for creating a positive workspace for employees are full of toxicity. They create space for their people and what they want. Rest can continue to work miserably or leave, they barely care. Once you resign, they will use every ounce of their negative energy and words to pull you down and give you the second worst experience of your time here, 1st worst is the one that made you resign. They barely care or value every employee. The value is based directly proportional to their network.
