Technically sound company. Ideas, suggestions are always considered.

Dislikes

No performance mapping system inplace. Appraisal are impulsive. Few employees are near and dear and based on their inputs others get rewarded / punished. Some people have to loose their yearly increments or loose job.

Work Details

I was enjoying my profile. As I was keep on implanting new ideas suggestions. During my tenure I did drastic changes in infrastructure. But too much workload. Working 12hrs daily as a routine. It was hectic. Full of pressure to complete target.
