There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. I experienced personally about all this as I gone through knee ligament injury in office premises itself and management doesn't supported me at all and they discontinued me without giving any information or any notice...

Poor management, bulk employee lay off during covid- 19 situation.

Lack of direction in management. Very slow growth in both financially and career wise. Totally failed to deal the covid -19 crisis due to lack of financial management. Only 25% salary even after operation have been started which is also not paid on time.

Management is unethical. The upper management never care about employees they even don't pay them there benefits but the management team is taking and enjoying benefits. Very unethical company and worst HR, CFO and owner I have ever seen in my career.
