You’ll have plenty of work at your hands at all times. So it’s a good place to understand corporate and IAM.

The management has no professionalism and holds no accountability. They can speak to you and treat you as they wish and even the HR is a puppet of the managers so you won’t get anything out of escalations. If you value your life, and work to live and not live to work, it’s a personal request for you to stay away from Saviynt as muchas possible. It’s the most toxic workplace I unfortunately had the opportunity to work with. Even working 12-15 hours a day won’t satisfy the management. I had married colleagues with kids, sometimes in tears and work from 9 AM - 2 AM (that’s right) on most days. No matter the offered CTC, nothing is worth losing your sanity by working with such toxic colleagues and management. PS- Don’t fall for their “You can work any 9 hours of the day.
