It gives me great satisfaction to say that there is very good Team work at our college where all faculty undertake the work collectively as a good team.,Experiential learning by conducting various practical managerial activities to the students and MILA (Multiple Interactive Learning Algorithm method of teaching ,work environment, good motivation and support from management

Dislikes

Compensation is good but slow growth.

Work Details

Very exciting and interesting and challenging .giving scope for learning.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
