Overall working experience and department support and policies are good, and i like the closing time of the college staff.

Dislikes

The major disappointment for all the top staff are complaining about HR manager. Even i too have my own experience in the HR manager department. He thinks that he is the king of college and not even doing favour for the doctors and he refuse to take the major complaints to the dean or owner of that college. The common fact for all the college is, if there is any vacancy in a particular department the hod of that department ask to hire a required staff for that vacancy. But in saveetha medical College the HR manager refuse to hear all this difficulty and he is taking the decision in his own by without thinking the difficulty facing by the department by running lack of staff. Also he show his attitude to all the great hod and doctors. This spoil the total management in saveetha medical College. And the major disadvantage is if staff's are raising a complaint about this even that complaint is also going the first line to hr manager department. So he refuse to show his own complaints which is raised by the staff against him to the major officer or owner. I even don't know who might read this ambition box too. So my request is that the higher officer should not believe the management blindly and don't think that the staffs are happy with the worst management running by HR manager. Kindly go into deep by hearing staff raising a problem against the management and try to solve it without taking it to the worst management....Read More

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Friendly supervisor but not all..

Dislikes

No co operation in this hospital especially in nursing.....other staff are not giving respect for a nurse.. not even celebrate nurse's day in this hospital.
