The company fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork and everyone has been supportive including the leadership team. There have also been great learning opportunities for professional growth and they provide a lot of creative freedom They offer competitive salaries and benefit packages.

As the team is small sometimes you have to work beyond the scope of your job description which can sometimes lead to more workload.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
