Good food and transport provided by company. Since there is no incentive, increment and bonus, there is no job pressure or harsh follow ups from managers.

No growth, incentive, bonus. No evaluation of performance and subsequent upraisal. Company functioning because of being sole distributor of toyota products in oman.Top management is callous towards employee needs. Everywhere you turn in the company at all levels, nobody talks good about the company and everybody talks about the goneby golden days during the previous chairman.
