less than 4 months after joined the epidemic broke out also SBG laid off me without any kind of compensation. more than 100 new staffs were like me were laid off . a total number of 1000 staffs were laid off . i left my job were in India and went to work for ThIs company .

handle sales and marketing activities handle inquiries and developing relationships with customers arrange test drives & visits for customers assist customers in finance process to get a car loan detailed follow up of all customer leads

Work culture, very low growth opportunity, no increments and hikes, monotonous jobs, poor management. only manager gets the benefits. no proper delegation

The work timings are fixed which help maintaining a balance between your personal life and work.Great Exposure to global markets if are working in specific fields.You do have benefits like Free healthcare,Gym,Shuttle services,Incentives to acheive quarterly targets.

There is Zero Growth.Company has a grade/level system(S1 to S4,E1 to E6,M1 etc) so VERY IMPORTANT for new prospects that you get hired at a higher Grade,E3 or above.You are not allowed to cook in Staff hostels if you are living as a bachelor and the food is really really pathetic in the Hostel Canteens.Please take prior approvals/Exceptions when coming here to cook your own food.The water in the filters are not good fo your health hence buy your own packaged water.Salary is negotiabled.DO NEGOTIATE...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
