During the days of the founding Chairman, this was a great company to work with. The situation is not the same anymore now; the future does not look encouraging especially for expatriates. Employees have not been given any promotions, salary increment or bonuses for the last 7 years. They stopped sales incentives. They removed many employee benefits too. Not a progressive organisation. Too many restrictions & rules. About 95% of staff do not have access to Internet in the office. Staff are not provided their own email ID, instead, all official emails have to be sent/ received on a common company email ID.
