Everything I like there. Overall work experience with owner workers co workers , company's culture everything was fantastic.

There was nothing to dislike at Saucery. Mine every single experience given me a good and positive learnings for my life.

Work Details

I was sales manager there. My work was to manage and increase the sales volume. Mange the whole entire sales team and their rolls. Analise the market and make a good strategies to take our brand on the level top. And develop new Clint's and business .

Dislikes

There is no glass door policy and they aren't able to recognize the right committed and dedicated employee for their brand just because of lack of experience of people management .
