They can deduct your salary any time as they want just recently they deducted half of the salary and didn't count any cl or pl and c off in April month the management system says it's due to low man power while they have to manage the man power that's why the management department stood at first place

HR is not responding. Never pick up your call and never reply of email. Management is always HR side. Time management is very poor of higher management. Never be on time in schedule meetings even. Keep employee waiting.
