The overall management is very nice, everyone is supportive and helping when needed help, and understanding of the eachothers workprocess. Being an startup company provides well to do atmosphere for work and also good setup.

Dislikes

Noting to be said if we talk about dislike cause my experience have been very delightful with the company.

Work Details

Very good. the work timings are very supportive of employees, given the work starts at 9.30 am and by 7.00 pm, we can close it down. if also needed we can close early in case of needing to go somewhere without any hassle. Also company supports

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
