Satpuda Valley School gives a lot of freedom to her stake holders to take initiatives and implement them as long as they are in tune with the culture and ethos of the school.

Salary increment is not given yearly. For the past 3 years no one had got incremnent.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a lot . Ever year has been full of challenges. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.
