Work culture is good. I loved working with my coleagues.

I dislike this company because I was not provided proper training but all my coleagues were provided trainings who joined 2 months earlier than me.I learnt about the rules of operation from one of my coleagues only who taught me as much as he knew. Maybe I had experience beforehand for which I was not sent for training. But still a formal training by your boss will provide confidence to you. Coz I have seen him going to different brances with my coleagues. But never he went with me in two years of my time there. But I receive only informal watsapp messages which include blaming infront of eveyone, infront of juniors etc. I thought of asking my boss that I want to visit a branch with you and learn with you some good work. But I didnt ask coz its not my duty. It was his duty as part of the curriculam to train me. Therefore I deliberately did not work well at this company. And I dont care. I am now working in a much good environment with much talented people having high level of thinking and attitude....Read More
