The company is very good and also MD and all Directors cooperative and good nature. Satin is such a company which has always taken full care of all its staff and has always considered the sorrow of its staff as its sorrow , only than there is no staff but worker like a Family. i too was once a special part of this family.

Company culture is good but if you're looking for career here not sure that will be worth it. Rest salary on time , no worries about leaves, but promotion and increment are biggest concern, overall Average
