Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. There is no set criteria for promotion. Anyone who is close to higher authorities will be double promoted even if they don't deserve it and few after 10yrs also don't get promoted despite being deserving candidate. I think that's how all private universities work where someone likes or dislikes. 6 days a week. Vacation is less andthat too exam duties on vacation period. No maternity leave. Mostly people have to stay in loss of pay. No medical leave.........Read More

SASTRA Univerisy has been asked to vacate by October 23 in land grabbing case. 28 buildings that has been constructed on loan beloning to the Tamil Nadu Prison Department. Madars High Court on Septmber 22nd 2018 passed order to state govt authorities to remove the encrachments.
