Anyone who is close to higher authorities will be double promoted even if they don't deserve it and few after 10yrs also don't get promoted despite being deserving candidate. I think that's how all private universities work where someone likes or dislikes. 6 days a week. Vacation is less andthat too exam duties on vacation period. No maternity leave.
