1.Great place to learn core knowledge and key skills. 2.Diverse products manufacturing can get good knowledge on manufacturing. 3.Learning scope will be good by involving all stages of process.

Dislikes

1.Work life balance is worst. 2.Systems and standards will not be followed by shopfloor team. 3.Apprisal system was not strong enoughcan be more transparent.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
