I have joined Sasken 3 months before. The roles and responsibilities are made very clear. Managers are available all the time to clarify the doubts and they are approachable. Multiple opportunities are being given for Individual growth also. Managers insist on undergoing trainings and being up to date with market on latest technologies and growth opportunities.
