I am working in Sasken for almost 17 years now, which says it all ! Its second home for me. I like almost everything about Sasken, right from company culture, respect given to individuals, work-life-balance to care for community and nature thorough our CSR and Sustainability initiatives - Definitely a great place to work !

I have joined Sasken 3 months before. The roles and responsibilities are made very clear. Managers are available all the time to clarify the doubts and they are approachable. Multiple opportunities are being given for Individual growth also. Managers insist on undergoing trainings and being up to date with market on latest technologies and growth opportunities. Manager has given sufficient time to learn and grow. Juniors have approached me to retain them in the project as they have seen very good opportunities to learn from kernel to application layer. I've been with Sasken for 29 years, and the excellent work - life balance is one of the reasons I 've stayed so long. The company' supportive culture allows me to balance both work and personal life, while its single - status environment promotes focus and efficiency. I 'm grateful for the positive work culture at Sasken, which made my experience here both rewarding and fulfilling.

Overall, my experience at Sasken has been very positive, with no major concerns, however, one area that could be improved is the management of the employee ESOP scheme.
