Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I worked there as a maths faculty.But due to some health issue i left that job..in leisure time i taught them other subjects like science, social.. they provided discipline to students..

I only Has a one negative about there is they are given IIT bits to solve by the children below 3 class..they are just kids ..please avoid that one for their bright future
