So much politics from senior managers and Hod especially Mr. Pritam Das (Hod in project department). They always try to escalate new employees by trying to insult them infront of other colleagues. Toxic environment. Some seniors are good in behaviour but they don't take stand on wrong things done by other seniors.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

Worst Company I have ever seen. Its better to sit at home but never join this company. They never pay salary on time, too much of office politics. MD is big idiot, and the head accountant Hitesh is worthless person, he should be kicked out of the company.

I dislike everything about the company. MD will never talk in respective way, all other staffs are very good in blaming each other for their mistakes. Its better to be jobless than joining this company.
