Sarh Attaqnia Construction is a very stable company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dislikes

There is no perfect when it comes to work environment, Its still on the other people and yourself on how you help and communicate to each other. What important is unity. No backslapping.. That's it.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
