Salary is quite decent. Office premises is beautiful. There is a room for playing table tennis.

Dislikes

Negative work environment. Too much toxicity and politics within the team itself, no unity. Micromanaging to whole another level. Was even asked to turn on the read receipts which is a clear invasion of privacy. Pictures taken of phone screen while I was chatting, without me knowing and circulating it around the office. Non accepting despite putting in consistent efforts to mix in. The environment is too toxic that the person becomes hesitant to even approach the management. Continuous intrusion in personal life. No training whatsoever given....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
