Due to sight job there was a scope to understand the nature of work one had to do on sight which will definitely help me in future I assume.

Dislikes

Work environment is not systematic i found,the bonding between official people and onsight worker was not as it should be i think.

Work Details

Time period is from 7.00 in morning to 6.00 in the evening.launch time is 45 minitues. And due to that out sided location we have to take food from common labour canteen which i found pathetic. And the most disapointing thing for me is there was no offday

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
