it was my best journey in privet sector plant's ,i was looking after mechanical work, for sponge iron plant projects and maintenance.

team of Raipur alloys and steel was very good skilled technical engineers are working there,very cooperative employs also our c.m.d Mr . Kamal Sarda Ji is a roll model for development of steel manufacturing, he is personally explained so many technical things to all of employed, regarding 14 years of my working journey i have observed every month the salary was distributed from 7th to 10th of every month , whether the plant is running in profit or in loss.really our c m d is industrialist, i enjoyed ,i learned,from this plant. i was started my journey from ASSIST. ENGINEER MECHANICAL AND BECOME GENERAL MANAGER MECHANICAL, i learned project skill from my guru ji N. K.Dave sir who was general manager for whole sponge iron plant.i was learned administration skill from Mr. S.K.Som .over all as per my view as on date very good plant in Raipur. can join any body without fear if he or she selected....Read More
