More workload are given to single employee. increment in salary are very low. Promotion are also not getting in time. They only see how to get work done, no matter how employees are treated to get work done. No increment & incentives, they waste there money to send high level authorities to foreign or any other place. No job satisfaction. Don't treat employees as family. No future here.
