It's a good company known for their quality of work.

This Company has a very bad working environment and You won't get recognised for your talents,Here, Mostly everyone are Malayalis and they have high pay-check even if they don't do anything. The Company doesn't acknowledge anyone except the Malayalis. Ungrateful for the hard work others do unless they are Malayalis. Malayalis get the most Recognition. I am Sorry to say this,but this is the truth.

To looking at Company is too Good. No negative comments. Overall extraordinary... But the employee wise if you see. Very 👎bad. Don't believe anyone.

Only thing is R&D head, never bother about employees welfare whether he takes lunch or not and he is health wise fine or not. But his job has to be completed. Randomly he will come dumbing all the responsibility to junior staff. And I'm asking, what is his role for the whole day? Waste fellow. Please share maximum, this issue to reach management.
