This organisation spend money to much more average for staff and discipline is very strict which is well.

Not a single line to like, they doing only harrassment.

Dislikes

Arrogant behaviour of owner and the all management staff. Owner also passing bad words and doing harrassment of employees. There are no paid leaves, no PF, no ESI and 1 month salary hold also. If you did 2 months work they can take you only 1 month salary. When you join they can't provide you appointment/joining Letter and When you'll resign they can't provide you any experience letter. That's why you waste your time to do job with this very bad organisation....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
