culture is pathetic.they are working on NH specially 26th jan 15 august 2nd oct etc and with compulsion.there are no pf esic deduction where 100 is strength if this company.once you give notice to leave company after a month they start treating you like enemies and will not clear you salary. hiring is something owner of the company doesnt know anything about.but thinks he knows it all which effects productivity. saturday is a half day they say while hiring any candidate and on Saturdays they leave you at 6pm eve,because tomorrow is sunday so you have to work more today....Read More
