Most of the points I have mentioned are majorly for store level employees and goes up till operations managers. - not a place for ppl who want to grow and also like contribute with their inputs on important platforms because of insecure top management atleast in Karnataka and Kerala market. - Poor training team, MIS flow and HR support. - frontline operations looked as bonded labours instead of employees - Snobbish n insecure top management - Every blame is directed towards operations teams - As international QSR brand the legal, projects, and BD is surprisingly clueless....Read More
