Monitory compensations are great! work culture is cordial and semi formal, there are events for company picnics and overseas visits to the client side

Dislikes

The owner is only decision maker and makes impulsive decisions, probably a board of directors would be great.

Work Details

In all it was a fair stint, but departure from the company came in the worst phase of life, If the management would be kind to listen to the story or even offer a sort of sabatical probably I had much more to offer and with greater loyalty

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
