Poor work environment and culture.. No one for the support.. So so poor and bad management... Work more with a low salary.. Actual time for work 8 hours and they expected 10 to 12 hours without overtime charge.. Very bad experience from this company.

Their is a lot of politics with a manager level.. The doesn't discuss with a workers issues... Unsatisfied workers and job Holder in this company.. Doesn't given job training to the new joinees... And seriously very bad management.. And also no free transport no childcare, no gymnasium, no cafeteria, no foods, no water filter for worker, no clean bath.. Hanging wires.. No canteen.. Poor management, if you dont have any job in hand then you can join here. Salary on time, expenses deduction every time, if target not achieved. Unfair policies, work culture is ok.
