I was with this company when they were inaugurating their company I had worked 16 to 18 hrs a day at the struggling period of company they didn't give me any kind of promotion or increment, bosses are cheap if you have talent to build a company from the niche then don't join this company, go there where you will get good future and a growing company or organization. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
