I was with this company when they were inaugurating their company I had worked 16 to 18 hrs a day at the struggling period of company they didn't give me any kind of promotion or increment, bosses are cheap if you have talent to build a company from the niche then don't join this company, go there where you will get good future and a growing company or organization.
