Not much to like about working here. Things could have been better if management had placed relevant person as HOD of R&D.

Abusive, torturing & unethical work culture is main drawback of working in Sany R&D. 1) And why work culture is not good here? Because R&D department is led by "a Quality Department manager" rather than a technically strong R&D person. HOD has 12 years of prior experience working in QA QC Department & 0 designing Experience, emphasis more on PPTs, Excel sheet reports, documentation and other clerical work because not having real knowledge about how to design. He's ruthless, diabolic & egoistic person, and likes to bossing around 2) Why no one is complaining to HR or higher management, rather just leaving the company..!! Because there's no one to hear. Superior of HOD, Plant/ Operations/ R&D Director, is Godfather to him. Whole HR is in pocket of director. Nothing goes around him and he covers wrong doing of our HOD, this makes him invincible. 3) One might argue that the HOD must be having pressure from higher management, and that's why acting harshly to complete targets. But loosing humanity, manners and becoming vicious boss is your own choice! He'll expect you to respond 24*7, will question for sickness, asks anyone to bring him cup of tea to his cabin.
