The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technoloy. Good work environment and culture, team supportive and management is transparent . It is not company, its like house. Everyone is helping mind .

My work at santronix is HR assistent. In simple terms, I have to manage the employee lifecycle. Hiring new employee, managing the employee-employer relationship.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
