In fact, nothing. The firm is the best example of horrific work culture, exploitation to the maximum, ridiculous policies, where superiors use all kinds of filthy and derogatory and obscene language and cheat students with flatter and asking them to renew the course for extra money without the slightest scruples of conscience

Dislikes

They never stuck to the Employee Agreement form which prevents them from laying off an employee before completion of one year from starting employment with them. They never provided me a copy of it even after repeated requests, indicating lack of transparency and confidence and non-adherence to ethics. My superior was not even a proper IELTS Trainer. My colleagues were not even aware of standard Cambridge materials to be used in IELTS pedagogy and were incompetent on most topics.My superior constantly used filthy language while conversing with colleagues who were not co-operative at all and indulged in passing the buck on all occasions of complaints often raised by students. I was even asked to conduct evening batches with no extra remuneration and o support from colleagues. What is more, I was often taken to task by officials who did not even seem to know what it meant by creating rapport with students. There were too many restrictions which hindered freedom to teach innovatively. All mock tests were just a formality. My superior used to constantly brag about his own excellence and belittle his subordinates and also tried to conspire against his boss with assistance from his subordianetes by exploiting them All in all, a wretched firm to be employed in where sadly one-upmanship is the work culture and not student-centricity and student welfare. A horrible organisation to work for although it gives a delusion of corporate culture- a bogus practice and humbug in reality

Dislikes

This firm is adept at exploiting its employees for cheap monetary gains. There is no transparency with regard to policies and they can sack you even by violation of the employee agreement that ask you to sign initially, a copy of which they do not share with you- a ridiculous practice. The faculties are neither competent nor qualified. They are not willing to teach IELTS according to Cambridge English Recommendactions and use all kinds of 3rd party materials which are highly unreliable...Read More
