The higher management is very nice & helpful. Local management is average, need to improve. Leaving & food facilities are poor, need to improve.

Dislikes

No discipline by some local employees. They are not interested for his working, only they are time passing.so need skill development & need more experienced person for growth of company.

Likes

Good worl and environmental culture. Teammates are supportive ans the management is transparent. Company polices are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of police and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary us decent but career growth is slow

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
