Aerospace plant was not good to work ,there is no system in place ,there is no job security,plant head was not good & focusing very much on micromanagement,appraisal system was not good ,politics in aerospace plant ,there is no data driven decision making ,only say yes to every thing then you will get more increment ,HR policies are not good.
