Likes

Job security is good when you friendly and adjust with your supervisor or manager. Management people wont think about the employee benefits or problem, company work culture is normal if we do our work and do anything as we like. but more politics and no growth in this organization. No salary hike at all in this organization.

Dislikes

Sanmina wont give employee benefits and career opportunities, more politics in the team manager. no increment and designation hike. teammates would do preference for the friends and nativemates. No compensation in the organization
