Likes

Management is doing every possible thing for students. Best of the best manpower is sourced from country. Ambition of management is endless possibility for students. Training and Placement department is amazing and dedicated. Salary is in time. Accommodation and other benefits are provided.

Dislikes

Communication Gap between middle management and implementation. Executive inertia at middle level, middle level heads are not supportive in overall development of staff. They are very selfish and self centered. Lot of politics results in frustration and no focus on work. Middle level management is not keen in giving right feedback or concerns to management. Compulsory Gap to the temporary/ad-hoc faculty which may be of 2 days, 7 days or 15 days without salary....Read More
